Pedro Collins = Tom Collins with Light Rum instead of Gin.


2 oz. light rum

1tsp. simple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

Soda water


Add the simple syrup and lemon juice into a highball glass (Collins Glass) with ice. Add light rum and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and Maraschino cherry.
